At MedSkill, we strive to provide the best experience during our webinars. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are provided under specific conditions, as outlined below. Please read our full policy to understand the circumstances in which you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for registrations made for webinars that are paid. The following conditions must be met for a refund request:
- Cancellation Before the Webinar: If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the webinar’s start time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- In Case of Webinar Cancellation: If MedSkill cancels the webinar for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues during the webinar that prevent you from participating (e.g., access problems due to server errors), you may be eligible for a refund or a future webinar credit, subject to MedSkill's discretion.
- No Refund for No-Show: Refunds will not be issued for attendees who fail to show up for the webinar without prior cancellation.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your name and contact information
- Webinar name and date
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Proof of payment (if applicable)
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the webinar date for consideration. We will process your request and notify you of the status within 7 business days.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that any administrative or processing fees charged at the time of registration may not be refundable.
