Refunds are only available for registrations made for webinars that are paid. The following conditions must be met:
If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the webinar’s start time, you are eligible for a full refund.
If MedSkill cancels the webinar for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically.
If server errors prevent participation, you may be eligible for a refund or credit (subject to MedSkill's discretion).
Refunds will not be issued for attendees who fail to show up without prior cancellation.

Note: All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the webinar date. We will notify you of the status within 7 business days.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that any administrative or banking processing fees charged at the time of registration may not be refundable.
